Join us Monday, June 8 for the next episode of Beer Co.-Lab, a collaborative beer dinner series featuring top Milwaukee chefs and exceptional beer.

Our co-owner Chef Joe Muench and the Story Hill crew will team up with Justin Carlisle of Ardent, Justin Aprahamian of Sanford and Bradford Shovlin of Smyth.

We’ll start with a reception at 6 p.m., followed by dinner at 7 p.m. Five courses, paired with beers from Central Waters Brewing Co., Surly Brewing Co. and Like Minds Brewing Co.

The chefs are perfecting pairs such as cured scallops with Like Minds’ Radler, cod with Surly’s Hell, Duck-Sweetbread Ballotine with Central Waters’ Old Fashioned and Charcoal Lamb with Surly’s Overrated. See more in our Facebook event page.
